From gas, water, sound and slag regarding to waste tire pyrolysis plant to protect our environment.
1.Gas.
a> Produced in the refining process, like methane, ethane, propane and other combustible gas.
These gases are kind of energy, why not take advantage of them? Therefore we recycle them to furnace as a fuel to heat the reactor, save energy and reduce pollution.
b> Another source of gas is from the smoke burned of coal/wood/oil/combustible gas. If discharged directly into the air, must cause bad small also air pollution. It’s not wise if you do this way. Our acid-base neutralization dust-removing system helps you solve the problem.
c>The last, no sulfur, no pollution. Just water steam with high temperature.
2.Water.
Used for cooling and can be recycled, no pollution here, just with high temperature.
3.Slagging
Usually means carbon black in the first link, our pyrolysis machine. There are many use of carbon black.
a> Used as raw material in factory which produce shoes, tires, cable or sealant.
b> Make carbon black powder into carbon black briquette, use it for burning.
4.Sound
The voice from the whole production line is in line with national noise emission standards.
