Process of DY-10Ton tyre to oil recycling pyrolysis plant:
Whole Nylon / Radial Rubber Tires are charged into the horizontal revolving reactor. The charge is heated externally by gas/wood or coal firing. At certain temperature hydor carbon gas starts to evolve.which is used as a fuel for further heating of the reactor. At the start of pyrolysis reaction oil vapor and gases stars to evolve. Oil is condensed, cooled and sent for storage while as gas is used for the heating of the system to maintain temperature. On the completion of the reaction reactor is allowed to cool slowly. Steel wires and carbon black powder are taken out. The reactor is recharged for the next run.
