Tyre oil distillation plant

Tyre oil distillation plant is to use the distillation principle to extract diesel oil from tyre oil. The products are diesel oil and asphalt. The newly upgraded tyre oil distillation plant of DOING company adopts vertical distillation reactor combined with two kinds of catalysts to improve the conversion rate of tyre oil.

The final product

With the combination of these two machines we can turn waste tyres into diesel fuel. The obtained diesel oil is clean and bright and can be widely used in excavators, road rollers and other heavy machinery, but also can be used in diesel generators and used as light fuel oil.
