More than 500 billion pounds of new plastics are produced each year, of which about 33% are single use and thrown away. Since such a small amount of plastic is recycled, we need to reuse plastic waste as an underutilized resource instead of using it in landfills.

If all plastic waste enters the landfill, it will certainly be mined in the future, but currently all plastic waste will not enter the landfill. The United Nations estimates that four-fifths of the world’s oceans’ accumulated waste is plastic accounts. We need to stop using plastic to contaminate our oceans before too late and start collecting all the plastics that are suitable for this new, fairly simple technology that is now available. The specific process for the conversion of plastic waste to fuel oil is as follows:

1. The collected plastic waste is fed into the reactor through an automatic feeder and heat-treated.
2. When the temperature rises to about 200 degrees, oil gas would come out from the machine.
3. After the initial buffering of the oil and gas in the buffer tank, the oil and gas enters the condensing system and is liquefied into heavy oil and falls into the oil tank.
5. The carbon black produced during the combustion process is automatically discharged through the underground sealing channel when the reactor is cooled to below 40 degrees to avoid secondary pollution to the environment.
 
By converting the plastic waste into fuel oil, the final fuel yield is 45-50%, the carbon black yield is 30%, the steel wire yield is 15%, and there are about 5-10% combustible gas.
 
The product obtained  from the conversion of plastic waste into fuel oil has a very wide range of uses in life, and its specific uses are as follows:

1. Fuel oil: Fuel oil is widely used in ship boiler fuels, furnace fuels, metallurgical furnaces, and other industrial furnace fuels. According to use, fuel oil can be divided into marine fuel oil, furnace fuel oil and other fuel oils. According to statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics, China's fuel oil consumption is mainly concentrated in power generation, transportation, metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry and other industries.
2. Carbon black: It is mainly used  as heating fuel or additives for paint or rubber products production after refining. 3. Steel wire: It is mainly sold to the waste recycling station, or the steel mill for re-melting and making new steel products again.
4. Combustible gas: It will be recycled by the equipment and used again for the heating fuel in the reactor, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
