The oil yield of the 15TPD pyrolysis machine is affected by the moisture content in the paper mill waste plastic. Generally, the oil yield of wet materials is only 15-30%, while the oil yield of dry materials can reach about 50-60%. DOING Company recommended that customers perform drying or dehydration pretreatment before plastic pyrolysis. In this way, 15 tons of paper mill water-washed waste plastics can be refined into up to 9 tons of plastic oil, which is mostly used as heating fuel for boilers/furnaces, steel mills, cement machines, brick factories, etc. In order to improve the oil quality and utilization rate of plastic oil, Henan Doing Company also provides customers with another set of solutions: that is, 15 tons of waste plastic pyrolysis machine is equipped with 10 tons of acid-alkali catalyst technology pyrolysis oil distillation machine to realize the transformation of waste plastics to plastic oil and then to diesel, and improve the economic value of products.
