1. Feeding Process: first of all, through the waste tire cutter, tyre shredder, tyre stell wire seperation system, waste tire are processed into small pieces. The pre-shredded used tires are automatically conveyed into the reactor via an enclosed screw feeder, eliminating manual loading.

2. Slag Discharge: The tyre pyrolysis carbon black discharge system enables hot slag extraction without cooling the reactor. A screw discharger transfers carbon black residue to a cooling tank, freeing up the pyrolysis reactor for the next cycle.
