In March 2026, we successfully completed the recycling pyrolysis machine for EVA waste plastics—a thermoplastic resin produced by the polymerization of ethylene and vinyl acetate—in India.

This Indian EVA plastic waste treatment and fuel oil production project was fully serviced by Henan Doing Company, including project planning, scheme design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and production guidance. The DY-15TPD plastic pyrolysis machine can process over 5,000 tons of waste EVA plastics annually, with an estimated output of over 2,200 tons of plastic pyrolysis fuel oil. Through comprehensive environmental management, the project achieves integrated resource utilization of waste EVA plastics. 01 Project Overview & Pyrolysis Equipment Configuration

This Indian plastic recycling pyrolysis machine operation project uses EVA plastic as raw material, with a daily processing capacity of 15 tons. It is equipped with a complete set of equipment from Henan DOING, including a professional pyrolysis reactor, industrial-grade condenser, safety devices, carbon black slagging system, oil tank and burner, etc.

① Plastic Pyrolysis Reactor: Batch pyrolysis mode, but equipped with new cooling vents; ensuring pyrolysis efficiency and conversion rate while requiring less cooling time after the pyrolysis process is completed.

② Industrial Condenser: Cools the oil and gas accumulated during plastic pyrolysis, using a multi-stage condensation method to improve the conversion rate from plastic to oil.

③ Carbon Black Slagging system: The carbon black produced by plastic pyrolysis is discharged from the side slag outlet and can be directly transported through this slagging system and then packaged, which is very convenient.

④Burner: Can utilize the combustible gas recovered from the pyrolysis project and the plastic pyrolysis oil to heat the plastic pyrolysis reactor, saving project operating costs.

The plastic pyrolysis oil produced by this equipment can be used as an alternative fuel for industrial applications, such as heating boilers in heavy industries like steel mills, brick factories, galvanizing plants, smelting plants, glass factories, and cement plants. Alternatively, the plastic oil can be further refined into diesel using DOING's pyrolysis oil distillation machine, for use in heavy machinery, diesel generators, trucks, and ships.
