1. Preliminary treatment: First, the sludge is treated to remove large solid phases, such as bricks and stones, and metals, and then the sludge is sent into the pyrolysis converter for high-temperature heating through an automatic feeder;
2. Dehydration: If the water content in the sludge is high, different types of sludge dehydration devices can be configured to achieve better drying and pyrolysis efficiency and effectiveness, reduce energy consumption, and ensure the safety of the entire sludge treatment and recovery process.

6. Exhaust gas purification: The remaining part of the gas that cannot be cooled is directly recycled for heating secondary utilization after exhaust gas purification treatment; and the flue gas generated during the pyrolysis process can meet the emission standards after purification by the desulfurization tower + water film dust removal purification treatment;
7. Ash discharge: When the pyrolysis is completed and the temperature of the pyrolysis furnace drops to about 50°C, the rotation direction of the converter is changed to counterclockwise, and the dry distillation slag is discharged through the dry distillation slag discharger under the push of the reverse rotation of the converter.
